In The Celestial Realm Tarot, stars, moons, planetary light, and original astrophotography turn each card into a journey through the cosmic skies. The celestial atmosphere reminds readers that ordinary choices are part of a larger spiritual pattern.
How to Read
Begin with the image. Notice the mood, direction, colors, characters, objects, and what your eye is drawn to first. Then read the card meaning, position, suit, and surrounding cards.
Reversals
A reversed card can show blocked energy, internal experience, delay, imbalance, shadow, or the opposite expression of the card.
Ethical Reading
Read with compassion. A good reading should leave the seeker with clarity, agency, and grounded next steps, even when the message is challenging.

Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Celestial Candle Company, LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information in The Celestial Realm Tarot website and mobile application. We designed the app to collect only the information needed to provide account sign-in, journal sync, premium access, supporter-code redemption, and tarot reading features.
Information We Collect
When you sign in, we may collect your email address, display name, sign-in provider, and a unique account identifier provided through Firebase Authentication. If you save readings or reflections, we store the journal content you choose to save, including cards, spread names, questions or intentions, notes, generated interpretation text, and timestamps. If you redeem a supporter code or restore premium access, we store entitlement records needed to keep that access attached to your account.
Generated Readings
When you request a generated interpretation, the app may send the selected cards, card positions, orientations, spread type, and optional question or intention to our cloud function so an interpretation can be created. Journal notes are not sent for generation unless they are part of the prompt or reading information you submit. Generated reading requests are used to provide the reading, manage usage limits, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.
How We Use Information
We use information to sign you in, sync your journal across devices, restore premium access, redeem supporter codes, provide tarot interpretations and forecasts, maintain app security, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Service Providers
The app uses service providers that help operate the app, including Firebase for authentication, database storage, hosting, and cloud functions; Google Play and Apple App Store services for mobile app distribution and in-app purchases when enabled; Stripe for secure web checkout when enabled; and OpenAI for generated reading interpretations. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to the app.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We may share information with service providers that operate core app features, when required by law, to protect the security and integrity of the app, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate notice. We do not use journal entries for advertising.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards, including encrypted network connections and Firebase security rules, to help protect account and journal data. Journal entries are stored in cloud services for sync and are not currently end-to-end encrypted from the backend. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so users should avoid saving information they would not want stored in a cloud journal.
Retention and Deletion
We keep account, entitlement, and journal information while your account remains active or as needed to provide the app. You may delete individual journal entries in the app. You may request account and data deletion from the Delete Account and Data page. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or purchase/account records.
Children's Privacy
The Celestial Realm Tarot is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Your Choices
You can choose whether to sign in, save journal entries, enter a question or intention, redeem a supporter code, or purchase premium access. Some features require sign-in so that journal entries and premium access can follow you across devices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes, including when new store purchase features, account controls, or service providers are added. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the policy was last revised.

Acceptance of Terms
By using The Celestial Realm Tarot website or mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Purpose of the App
The app is provided for spiritual reflection, journaling, general informational, educational, and entertainment purposes. It is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, crisis, or professional service.
No Emergency or Crisis Support
Do not use the app to request emergency help, crisis support, or intervention for harm to yourself or others. If you may be in danger, may harm yourself or someone else, or need urgent help, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis resource in your area immediately.
Journal Entries
Journal entries are user-created content. If you choose to save entries, they are stored in cloud services connected to your signed-in account so they can sync across devices. Journal entries are protected by account access controls, encrypted network connections, provider safeguards, and Firebase security rules, but they are not currently end-to-end encrypted from the backend. You should not save information you would not want stored in a cloud journal.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you enter, the choices you make, and how you interpret app content. Tarot readings, forecasts, generated interpretations, prompts, and journal tools are not guarantees, professional advice, or instructions to take or avoid any specific action.
Account and Premium Access
Some features require sign-in, premium access, a valid in-app purchase, a web checkout purchase, or a supporter access code. Premium access is attached to the signed-in app account used at purchase or redemption, subject to store rules, payment provider rules, and app validation.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Delete Account and Data

How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your The Celestial Realm Tarot account and associated app data, email hello@celestialrealmtarot.com from the email address connected to your app account with the subject "Celestial Realm Tarot account deletion request."
What to Include
Please include the email address used to sign into the app and state whether you want your account deleted, your journal data deleted, or both. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Data Deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize account-linked app data we control, including saved journal entries, reading notes, generated-reading request records, supporter-code redemption records, and premium entitlement records tied to your Firebase account where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, accounting, or app-store purchase records. We do not retain deleted journal entries for advertising.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If a request requires additional verification or cannot be fully completed, we will explain the reason using the contact email provided.
